MODALITA’ D’USO :  Sciogliere una porzione di polvere (12 g = 3 misurini colmi = 2 cucchiai colmi) in 400 ml acqua. Assumere una porzione 15 minuti prima dell’allenamento. Nei giorni di riposo assumere una porzione tra due pasti.
